NEW + I’M TESTING IT

Is a $185 face balm worth it? I’m finding out.
Marie Veronique just launched their new Senolytic Balm, and I’ve started a 30-day test before deciding whether to bring it into the shop.
I’m only three days in and, truthfully, I’m already impressed. But at $185, I want to give it a full month before I officially weigh in.
So what makes this balm different?
The formula centers around fisetin, a plant-derived flavonoid being studied for its senolytic activity. Senescent cells are aging or stressed cells that have stopped dividing but remain active and can contribute to inflammation and visible signs of skin aging.
Along with fisetin, the balm contains resveratrol, CoQ10 and an oil-soluble form of vitamin C (THD ascorbate) to provide antioxidant protection, support collagen and healthy skin structure, and help defend against oxidative stress.
It’s also packed with nourishing lipids including jojoba oil, shea butter, camellia seed oil and squalane, making it especially supportive for dry, mature or depleted skin. The rich balm is designed to be used as the final step at night, helping reinforce the skin barrier, reduce moisture loss and seal in everything applied underneath.
My 30-day test has officially begun.
Three days in, I already have thoughts. I’ll report back after a full month and answer the question: Is it worth $185?
