Le Prunier SPF has become my favorite sunblock for the face. I refer to it as my "fancy" sunblock. It does not leave white residue on the skin, and it doubles as a skincare product.
It feels light, with a silky and smooth texture, making it easy to wear under makeup.
SPF BASICS ...
Sunscreens that contain chemical filters can potentially irritate the skin or disrupt hormonal balance.
Sunscreens work by absorbing and breaking down the harmful rays after they enter the body, whereas full mineral sunblocks act as a physical barrier against the sun's rays, reflecting and scattering UV radiation.
Look for a sunblock that is 100% chemical free with a full mineral sunblock containing at least 20% non-nano zinc.
Products that are labeled as non-nano ensure that the zinc particles are larger than 100 nanometers, which prevents them from being absorbed into the skin and allows them to remain on the surface (and not absorbed into the bloodstream) to provide maximum sun protection.

SALTY FACE is my new favorite self tanner.
Organic Sugar Beet, Marshmallow Root Extract, Calendula Flower Extract, and Linden Flower Extract are just a few of the clean ingredients found in this self tanner. The formulas are minimal, using fragrance-free, non-pore clogging, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients.
In addition to the clean ingredients and being odorless, the application process is a dream! Simply spray the face water or pump the body foam on the brush and apply.
No mess, no smell, clean ingredients, great color. LOVE!
Le Prunier is my preferred "fancy" facial sunscreen, while Think Sport is my choice for a clean, mineral sunblock for both face and body during extended periods outdoors. Not fancy, at all! Pretty thick, leaves a slight white cast if you do not really rub in, but provides great protection without harmful ingredients or skin irritations!
