How I am using Castor Seed Oil

WHERE DOES CASTOR OIL COME FROM AND WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Castor Oil comes from the seeds found within the spiky, capsule-like fruit of the Castor plant. Castor seeds are 40-60% oil.
Benefits Include:
Anti-inflammatory
Antimicrobial
High fatty acid levels to seal in moisture and strengthen skin's barrier
High levels of Vitamin E to fade scars and blemishes
Strengthens and promotes hair growth
Promotes circulation and lymph flow to aid in detoxification
How I am using Castor Oil?
Use for facial cleanser (You can mix with sunflower, grapeseed, neem, and/or raspberry seed oil to cut the thickness of castor oil.)
Use as a makeup remover - massage into skin and remove with warm washcloth
Mix with mask (currently mixing with Perfect Complexion Clay or Blue Legume)
Massage into brows and lashes to promote growth
Brush into brows to hold brows in place, while also promoting healthy growth
Warm and massage into scalp to promote healthy hair
Use as a lip balm
Use as an eye treatment for crows feet and dark circles
Use in bath for a detox bath = 1/4 C. Castor Oil + 3 C. Epson Salt
Castor Oil pack for PMS cramps or upset stomach or to just promote healthy digestion. Massage a small amount onto belly and cover with warm compress.
*Use an old towel or t-shirt because the oil will stain.
Apply on cracked heels
Massage into cuticles
